Rutherford house - Vertical Safety Nets
We are always looking for new ways to do things, this project is an example of our innovation as leading rope access technicians. LT McGuinness asked us to assist in coming up with a system so they no longer required scaffolding. We came up with Vertical safety nets, this was a first in New Zealand. Anaru did all the training required to install safety nets and designed how the nets would be fixed to the facade. With this system you can work on one or multiple levels, it is safer to install then scaffolding because there are less components, also the nets have a layer of fine mesh on the inside that is capable of catching the smallest screw. Cheaper and safer than scaffold!!!

59 Boulcott St - Leak Repair
Leaks!!! every property manager's worst nightmare. We found 5 leaks that had been a long term issue for the client, no one had been able to pinpoint the leaks and find a suitable repair, We jumped over and stripped the paint back in the area found multiple cracks in the concrete facade, chased out all the cracks, applied a epoxy mortar and painted over it with a elastomeric membrane. We find and fix leaks, no bandages, we aim for a 5 years repair minimum. We have never not found and fixed a leak. The only problem is we are running out of leaks to repair because we actually fix them. If you have a leak that can't be fixed give us a call I am happy to take on the challenge.

Detroit Apartments - Building Wash and Window Clean
The bread and butter of most abseil companies. This building has cedar cladding so finesse is key, a low pressure clean with a dash of chemical is how we get this apartment block looking new. topped off with a mop and squeegee window clean, no spots, no streaks.

163 Thorndon Quay - Refurbishment Of 200 Steel Windows
The windows had seen better days, the steel frames had minor rust protruding through the paint and the glass was in need of replacement. We removed all the glass and stripped the frames back to bare steel, all rust was removed and 3 coats of high build paint was applied to protect the frames and future proof the facade. all glass was cut on site and installed.
